Empowering Women and Mobilizing Youth

Community Recovery Project

Communities recover more sustainably when women and young people are active participants in development.

The Community Recovery Project focused on youth mobilization, women’s empowerment and livelihood improvement, creating opportunities for community members to participate in recovery and local development.

By connecting social participation with economic opportunities, the programme contributed to stronger communities where women and young people could play a more meaningful role in shaping their future.
