Recovery becomes stronger when communities are able to identify their own priorities and participate in the solutions.
Through the Earthquake Recovery Project, DeepJyoti supported 10,941 beneficiaries across 18 VDCs through community infrastructure and good governance initiatives.
The programme completed 27 drinking-water projects, one micro-hydropower project and eight irrigation projects, while also promoting community participation and good governance.
For communities, these investments meant improved access to essential services and stronger foundations for long-term development.
